Tu stockes comment de l’eau dans ton van ? 💧 Comme souvent, il n’y a pas de solution parfaite. C’est une histoire de compromis et surtout d’utilisation. Pour un petit van utilisé les week-ends et les vacances, des jerrycans peuvent totalement faire l’affaire. C’est d’ailleurs ce qu’on avait dans notre T6. C’était simples à sortir, à transporter et à remplir. Aujourd’hui, comme on vit dans notre VW crafter H24, on a un réservoir fixe de 100 L. On gagne forcément en autonomie, mais il faut aussi prévoir tout un système pour pouvoir le remplir. Chaque solution a ses avantages et ses inconvénients. 😌 Et toi, quelle option as-tu choisie pour ton véhicule ? #diyvan

Les étapes pour réaliser le contreplaquage et les rangements de mon Kangoo 🚐👇 1️⃣ Commencez par le sol (osb et parquet) et le plafond : ce sont les parties les plus simples à réaliser. 2️⃣ Faites les patrons de tout l’intérieur du véhicule (avec du carton, une bâche ou tout autre matériau souple), puis ceux des portes. 3️⃣ Reportez vos patrons sur le contreplaqué et découpez toutes les pièces. Faites également les découpes au niveau des fenêtres. 4️⃣ Pour les rangements des fenêtres, prenez bien les mesures de profondeur, installez des tasseaux puis refermez avec du contreplaqué. Ajoutez des étagères si vous le souhaitez, en vérifiant la hauteur des produits que vous souhaitez y ranger. 5️⃣ Réalisez les joints, ajoutez des rebords devant les étagères pour éviter que les objets tombent, puis fixez l’ensemble des panneaux dans le Kangoo. Pour le moment, tout est encore brut. Il reste les finitions : poser la feutrine dans les derniers recoins, faire les derniers joints, vernir le bois, peindre certaines parties du Kangoo… et ce sera terminé ! Matt (@its.matt.makes) has always dreamed of building a home on wheels from the ground up and taking it deep into the Arctic Circle. Earlier this month, he took the first big step toward that goal by leaving his job and purchasing an old U-Haul truck that he plans to turn into a motorhome. Just two weeks into the build, the project is already moving forward, with the interior now ready for insulation. There's still a long road ahead before the truck becomes the home he envisions, but every build starts somewhere. We're looking forward to seeing how this project comes together.
