“It’s complicated…” Some feelings don’t come with clear answers. Some moments don’t sit neatly in a box. This song lives in that space, the tension between what you feel, what you say, and what you’re still trying to understand. “You ask me where I stand… I shift my feet like sand in the hourglass…” Ever been there? Caught between holding on and letting go… wanting clarity but feeling everything blur into shades of gray? This one is honest. Vulnerable. Real. My new single Complicated is OUT NOW on all digital streaming platforms. Tap in, turn it up, and let it speak to you. #Complicated #NewMusic #NowStreaming #DMAR #NuFunkSoul #RealTalk #MusicWithMeaning #ShadesOfGray #EmotionalVibes #RAndB #SoulMusic #IndependentArtist #MusicRelease #StreamNow #FeelTheMusic

🚨 Big News: "THANK U (Remix)" on Spotify’s Release Radar! 🚨 I'm thrilled to announce that "THANK U (Remix)" has landed on Spotify’s Release Radar! This track captures the journey from heartbreak to understanding, where pain transforms into wisdom. Living between heartbreak and healing, this song reflects the months of effort, therapy sessions, meditative moments, late-night drives, and rediscovering self-worth. What seemed like an ending was actually a redirection. Sometimes blessings come as release, not love. The "THANK U (Remix)" and its video encapsulate that evolution: falling, rising, and realizing that growth changes everything. It might be uncomfortable, but it's intentional. So, thank you to the one who walked away, in that space, I found strength and myself. 🎶 Stream the single on Spotify and all digital platforms. Add "THANK U (Remix)" to your playlists today! 🎥 Watch the video on my YouTube channel. Written, Produced & Arranged by Derrick D’MAR Martin Performed by Derrick D’MAR Martin & The Nu Funk Society (LA) #ThankU #ThankURemix #NowStreaming #SpotifyReleaseRadar #NewMusic #HealingThroughMusic #SelfDiscovery #EmotionalGrowth #IndependentArtist #DMAR

Turn your speakers ALL the way up 🔊… it’s time to let Complicated shake the room. My new single, “Complicated,” isn’t just something you listen to, it’s something you feel. It’s that undeniable groove that gets you moving, while the message hits you right in the chest. The beat knocks, the vibe is infectious, but underneath it all is a story we all know too well… That space where nothing lines up clean. Where your heart says one thing, your mind says another… Where holding on feels just as real as letting go. “I’m here… I’m not… I’m caught halfway…” Yeah… that moment. This record lives in those late-night thoughts you can’t escape… the words you practice but never quite say… the emotions that don’t fit neatly into a box. It’s about truth in the gray area, not black, not white… just real life unfolding in real time. So whether you’re vibing, reflecting, or somewhere in between… this one’s for you. Press play. Turn it up. Let it move you. #Complicated #NewMusic #NowPlaying #DMAR #NuFunkSoul #FeelTheMusic #RealLifeVibes #MusicWithMeaning #LateNightThoughts #VibeOut #SoulGroove #IndependentArtist #NewSingle #TurnItUp #MusicIsLife #GoodMusicOnly
