The day I learned about #dnainventories from the incredible Tom Hierck, I had no idea just how much this concept would change me as a teacher, a guide and a human. But I am oh so grateful I did.

✨ SnapGene: Highly recommend using this for visualising plasmid DNA sequences and preparing for molecular cloning. There are alternatives, but SnapGene comes with a free version with easy to use features.
✨ Bioconductor: The one-stop repository for all your Bioinformatics R packages. Contain some of the important tools such as rsubread, DESeq2 and GenomicRanges.
✨ Nextflow: This repository contain docker containers for many bioinformatics pipelines. Using this pose the advantage of version controlling and out reproducibility.
✨ Seurat: Use this R package for processing single-cell RNAseq data. It contain a ton of features and integrates well with other tools.
