Most people would look at this and say the dog is “fine.” And that’s the problem. Dogs don’t always say no loudly. They say it in small ways; turning their head, avoiding, staying still. But those signals get ignored… because people expect dogs to just tolerate everything. And when a dog finally sets a boundary in a way people can’t ignore?
