Stop relying on “luck” ↴
I was posting daily, showing up consistently, doing what everyone told me to do… Yet I was still stuck at 100 followers, watching everyone else succeed while I was wondering when would my time come.
I kept posting for 4 MONTHS, failing over and over again, but I still showed up, even when no one was clapping for me, even when I felt invisible.
I knew there had to be a way to finally grow the personal brand I’ve always wanted, to build the online business I dreamed of… 🤍
So I stopped posting and “hoping”, I detached from what everyone else on social media was telling me to do even after spending 4 figures 💸 in courses.
I focused on gaining clarity with my account and my content.
✨ Just 3 weeks in, I already:
✨ Grew to 2k aligned and supportive followers
✨ Had my first sales and bunch of brands wanting to collaborate and work with me when I used to be the one constantly chasing them.
✨ Got multiple videos over 100k views after being stuck at “200 jail views”
👉🏻 It wasn’t luck, it wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t also just being consistent, consistency alone doesn’t give you this results without strategy, and I had to learn that the hard way.
💌 Feel free to follow me to learn more about how to build and grow a Strong Personal Brand that attracts instead of chasing!

There are others that have more experience than I do at the NFR, but I learned a ton after going just once. Here’s what I will be doing different this year!
✨Your feet will hurt
Even in the most broke in boots. Plan for miles of walking—mole skin and lidocaine foot spray will save you. I’m bringing a pair of comfy shoes to walk longer distances in!
✨The maps lie
Everything looks “right around the corner” until it’s a 20-minute walk. Give yourself extra time to get anywhere.
✨Use the free transportation
The monorail + shuttle buses save your feet and your sanity. Don’t waste energy (or money) trying to walk everywhere.
✨Start shopping early
This is a marathon, not a sprint. You could easily spend the entire day shopping and the venues are huge. Cowboy Christmas shuts down at 4:00 so there is no time to waste.
✨Mark down the booths you want to see
There are hundreds of vendors and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Make a quick list so you don’t miss your favorites. (I’ve got my list started!)
✨Bring water & snacks
Vegas is dry and you’ll walk more than you could imagine and a bottle of water costs $5. There also aren’t a lot of food options at the convention center so snacks are a must, because who has time to stop shopping?!
✨And lastly… have fun!
It’s NFR week—soak it all in. The lights, the rodeo, the shopping, the experience. Enjoy every second. It really is as amazing as it looks!

What you speak of you will get more of. 🔥❤️💪🏽
Oh, this video is so emotional. The bike owner came to take it back from him, but when one door closed, another one opened for him.
Sorry he fell you down — he was just overwhelmed with joy when you surprised him 😊.
Truly, what God cannot do does not exist.
Keep up the amazing work, @gsf_foundation ❤️

I kept running, but nothing felt right - until I changed this.
I wasn’t doing anything “wrong”.
I was just doing what I thought runners should do - and it didn’t suit where I was at.
I assumed:
• faster was better
• feeling shattered meant it was working
• struggling was just part of becoming a runner
What actually changed everything wasn’t more effort -it was understanding what running is meant to feel like at the beginning.
This is what I changed - and why it finally worked:
1️⃣ I slowed my pace right down
Not because I was lazy - but because beginners don’t need speed, they need to build tolerance.
Most of my runs were done at a pace where I could speak in full sentences without gasping.
If I couldn’t talk, I slowed down or added walk breaks.
That pace:
• reduced breathlessness and panic
• allowed my body to recover properly
• made running feel repeatable instead of overwhelming
2️⃣ I limited how often I ran
I stopped trying to run “as much as possible” and stuck to 2–3 runs per week.
This gave my body time to adapt instead of constantly feeling sore or exhausted.
Running fewer days actually made it easier to stay consistent - not less effective.
Consistency comes from doing enough, not doing everything.
3️⃣ I stopped using tiredness as a success marker
Feeling exhausted doesn’t mean you trained well - it usually means you trained too hard.
I started judging runs by:
• Did I complete it?
• Could I recover properly afterwards?
• Could I run again later in the week?
If the answer was yes, that run did its job.
4️⃣ I finished runs feeling capable, not destroyed
Most runs ended with the feeling that I could have done a little more - even if I didn’t.
That feeling:
• builds confidence
• reduces dread before the next run
• makes showing up again much easier
Running started to feel right when I stopped chasing effort and started building trust with my body.
If running doesn’t feel good yet, you’re not broken - you’re just early in the process.
This is how I help people combine running, strength, and fat loss without overthinking or burning out.
