آموزش پارک داونهیل (Downhill Parking) برای آزمون G2 – Downsview
Park

The biggest mistake homeowners are making right now…
They’re pricing their home based on what they hope the market will give them…
instead of how buyers are actually making decisions today.
And here’s what quietly unfolds next:
the home sits…
showings slow…
and the price ends up adjusting to where it should have been—just with less leverage.
Around Keele & Wilson, this pattern is showing up more often than most people realize.
The interesting part is—homes that are positioned correctly from the start aren’t chasing the market…
they’re creating competition inside it.
If selling has been sitting in the back of your mind, it’s worth a conversation to understand how buyers are thinking right now. DM or comment below ⬇️
It would be an honor to serve you 🙌

Public transit is essential for our community in #YorkCentre #Downsview - connecting people to jobs, housing and services.
That's why our government is providing Toronto with over $185 million in gas tax funding to help improve local transit services! 🚌🚇
Toronto built a 50,000-person concert stadium on a former airport runway and it’s actually only temporary. I did not realize this when I was hearing about concerts here last summer lol #toronto #rogersstadium #airports #aviation #downsview @destination_toronto @rogers_stadium @livenation

🏗️ Downsview West Is About to Transform North York 🌆
One of Toronto’s biggest redevelopment projects just took another major step forward.
The revised Downsview West District plan is reshaping the former airport lands into a massive mixed-use community centered around transit, housing, parks, and adaptive reuse.
✨ What’s planned:
🏙️ Up to 8,800 new residential units
🏢 Towers reaching up to 60 storeys near transit
🚇 Direct access to TTC Line 1 + GO Transit
🌳 Major new parks, cycling routes, and public spaces
🏫 Schools, daycare centres, retail, and community services
🏛️ Adaptive reuse of the historic Depot Building
📍 Why this matters:
🚆 Transit-oriented communities are becoming Toronto’s future
📈 Large-scale masterplanned projects continue driving long-term growth
🌱 Sustainability and walkability are now major priorities
🏘️ 20% affordable housing target adds mixed-income opportunities
🔥 Key highlights:
🌿 Indigenous-inspired public realm design
🚲 Extensive cycling and active transportation network
🏪 Retail and cultural spaces integrated into the community
🏗️ Development expected to unfold over more than a decade
⚠️ Potential challenges:
🚧 Long construction timelines
🚗 Increased density and traffic concerns
💰 Affordability pressures despite housing targets
💭 Bottom line:
Downsview West isn’t just another condo project — it’s one of the largest city-building projects currently planned in Toronto and could completely reshape North York over the next decade.
