VA Loan 0% down for eligible veterans and active duty military. No PMI either. One of the most powerful loan products available and most people who qualify are not using it. USDA 0% down for eligible suburban areas, including parts of Indian Trail, Stallings, Harrisburg, and Concord outskirts right here in our backyard. NC Down Payment Assistance The NC Home Advantage Mortgage offers up to 3% of the loan amount in assistance.
