Honey Balsamic Roasted Carrots 🥕🍯 SAVE THIS RECIPE FOR EASTER! 💐 This week I am sharing super EASY, Easter recipes made with healthy, nourishing ingredients! These roasted carrots are absolutely DELICIOUS, I promise everyone at your Easter gathering will love them! 🙌 Ingredients: - 2 lb bag carrots - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp honey - 1/2 tsp rosemary - 1/2 tsp thyme - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 2 oz crumbed goat cheese for serving How to: - Preheat oven to 425F. - Wash and peel carrots. Slice into thirds. If some of the carrots are very large slice each piece in half. - Add to a baking tray with all of the ingredients (except the goat cheese). - Toss well to coat, then bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing the carrots halfway through baking. - Serve topped with crumbled goat cheese and enjoy! #easterrecipe #eastersidedish #roastedcarrots #healthyrecipe #springrecipe #easter
