Took 3 hours. Full body is so bad I can’t believe I used to do it. It’s actually impossible to train hard throughout the whole lift, by the time it’s half way done I’m so dead. U literally finish a full upper day just to realize u have to go do a whole leg day. This is a pretty minimalist FB day too. There’s no way anyone doing FB is actually training hard the whole lift… the intensity drop off from first set to last set is CRAZY. Ik im in prep rn but holy. And Ik I’m switching up on my stance on FB but at least I can admit I’m wrong. Never doing a fb day again bruh. Only did it to make the 2 hour drive worth it #jesuslovesyou #devlifts #ekkovision
