EMPTYNESS Reality is 99.999% empty space. The only thing thats really real about this world is what we mentally make of it. That is what governs the majority of our personal experiences in our life time-our attention. We don't see objective reality. We see our own subjective, opinionated reality. We cling to life, to suffering, to whats normal But nothing ever dies. Man would have no trouble if he knew this. Energy only transmutes. When a flowers time comes it doesn't die. Its substance transmutes into the world around itself to further aid and benefit all of creation. PERCEPTION Your objective reality is influenced by your subjective thoughts, emotions, and feelings. The wave function, and entanglement in quantum physics proves this. What you look for, you will find. You are the hammer seeking the nail. So what are you looking for in life? The next reason to be stressed, upset, or unlucky? Or are you looking for further reasons to be empowered, happy, and lucky? To open into the glass half full mentality you need to let go of past mentalities and identities. Don't ostricize them, and don't avoid them. When they rise, just watch them. Don't become attached and fixated to them. Just let them pass by without giving energy to them. Soon enough after lack of attention it will become second nature for them to float away easily Focus on the flowers, and ignore the thorns IMPERMANENCE Lasting isn't what makes beauty. Everything ultimately will disintegrate back into reality, and reintrigate into a new component of reality. All forms arise from source, one by one, just to return back. So never hold on to things in life. Always admire the comings and goings. What's beautiful will be ugly. Failure will become success. Night becomes day only to become night again. Triumph becomes despair. Everything floats and bobs to the current of life don't resist the current, flow. dont waste energy trying to change things you can't control. to not resist doesn't mean allowing ugly things to be done on to you. self protection is always necessary but do it without cursing, condemning, judging, labeling, or resisting🌞 📸cr: @maria.kallevik
