Según explicó, acudió al lugar para reclamarle la manutención de su hija de dos años. También denunció haber sufrido maltrato físico anteriormente. Tras el hecho, huyó, pero luego se entregó a la Policía. Podría enfrentar hasta 30 años de prisión.
