An east London schoolboy who cares for his disabled mum is about to go to Eton College after being awarded an £80,000 scholarship. 16-year-old lyan Benamor successfully got through a three-day assessment. Since he was 11, he has cared for his mum who suffers with Functioning Neurological Disorder, confining her to a wheelchair.
