Product of the Week is back with one of our most useful in-house parts: the EV West Tesla Model S/X BMS PCB boards. These boards are built for Tesla 18650 modules and give you a cleaner, safer way to wire your BMS. We offer multiple versions, and the color coding makes it easy to match the right board to the right module revision fast. The video for this post shows a time-lapse of one being soldered in house, which is a good look at the hands-on work that goes into these boards. 🔧⚡️ On-board trace fuses add another layer of protection, so if there is a wiring mistake or cross-current event, the board is designed to fail before the battery module does. That can save a lot of time, money, and stress on a build.
