This was me 15 years ago, after I lost my entire community overnight when I was excommunicated from the Jehovah’s Witnesses. ❤️‍🩹 On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. But privately, I was falling apart. My anxiety was through the roof. I had several panic attacks a week that lasted over a year. And it got me thinking… How many of us have become so good at appearing strong that nobody realized how much we we’re actually struggling?
