I made a brown butter walnut frangipane which I paired with fresh local cape gooseberries/rasbhari that adds a lovely tartness and sweetness to this flaky pastry☺️
I loveee working with laminated pastry and I still have so much to learn but I hope to keep getting better results using local ingredients☺️

I always knew I’d be in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). I didn’t always know exactly where I’d fit in, but for as long as I can remember, I knew I’d work on tech.
As a kid, I’d work on recreating items around my house. I built a fan, a flashlight, and even built my first computer out of other computer parts. It was fun to me! I remember finding a book of science-related projects and I immediately started doing each and every one!
