Who isn’t in their self improvement era? Working out and keeping your skin clean can be tricky! In a perfect world we would workout with a fresh clean face But that doesn’t always happen. Sometimes we have to squeeze in our workouts after work, on the lunch hour or first thing in the morning. 💪🏽A clean towel is a must to blot your face with rather than your hands 💪🏽Piggybacking from the first tip. Keep your hands away from your face. Bacteria can spread when you’re touching your face 💪🏽Working out outside means SPF! Apply an oil free sunscreen before heading out the door 💪🏽When your workout is done, cleanse your skin right after to avoid bacteria moving into your pores. 💪🏽If you’re unable to cleanse your face right away, pack micellar water or toner pads in your gym bag. This is a great way to wipe off the sweat until you get in the shower Apply a lightweight moisturizer to avoid excess dryness. A little preview of what’s coming… our new luxury print pillows are absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous patterns, incredible quality, and luxuriously down-filled — $130 each. They’ll be in the store in just a few days, but if you see a pair you love, I’m happy to hold them for you. 🤍 And the shop is FULL of new finds. Tons of new jewelry went out yesterday, beautiful new scarves have arrived, and there are treasures tucked everywhere. If you haven’t stopped in for a week or two, there is SO much you haven’t seen yet. It’s going to be a busy weekend at Schoen Place, so come see us! We’re open today 11:30–5:30 — closing just a little early because I have an event tonight — and we’ll be here all weekend through Monday. No weekend plans yet? Put Maison & Bouquet on your schedule.
