Lips tutorial💋 On this occasion, I wanted to create contrast and balance between eyes and lips: bold, glittery, and sharp… next to subtle, matte and soft. I’ve got a little mouth, so the techniques I’ve used create a fuller look, allowing more room for my chosen lip colour.
