You’re Eating These Foods at the WRONG Time! ⏰🍎 #GutHealth #FoodTiming This infographic explains why eating certain foods at the wrong time of day can affect digestion, energy levels, hormones, and overall gut health. Many people eat healthy foods but still experience bloating, acidity, fatigue, or poor sleep because timing matters as much as food quality. Fruits like apples support digestion best in the morning, while citrus fruits and bananas may trigger acidity when eaten on an empty stomach. Dairy products such as milk and yogurt can feel heavy early in the day and are better tolerated later. Coffee on an empty stomach can stress cortisol levels, while eating rice late at night may slow digestion. Understanding the right time to eat common foods helps improve metabolism, reduce gut discomfort, support better sleep, and maintain balanced blood sugar levels. This visual guide makes nutrition timing simple, practical, and easy to follow for daily life. food timing, best time to eat foods, eating food at wrong time, healthy eating habits, digestion tips, gut health, metabolism health, food combinations, nutrition tips, clean eating, mindful eating, healthy lifestyle, food dos and donts, diet tips, digestive health, eating schedule, circadian rhythm diet, hormone friendly diet, wellness tips, daily nutrition guide best time to eat apple, when to eat banana, coffee empty stomach effects, milk at night benefits, rice at dinner digestion, yogurt in morning bad, citrus empty stomach acidity, dark chocolate best time, food timing for digestion, eating habits for gut health, nutrition timing, metabolism boosting habits, healthy diet routine #FoodTiming #GutHealth #HealthyEating #NutritionTips #WellnessLifestyle #DigestiveHealth #MindfulEating #CleanEating #DietTips #MetabolismHealth
His symptoms 6 months before diagnosis… We honestly didn’t think it was cancer. It started small with symptoms like: Fatigue Bloating Constipation Abdominal pain Going to the bathroom constantly… but nothing really happening. Some days it was diarrhea. Other days constipation. Probably the weirdest part was that he never felt “empty”. We cut out dairy… and he felt a little better. So we thought, “okay, that must be it.” We told ourselves: 👉 “He’s too young.” 👉 “It’s probably just a hemorrhoid.” Until the night I heard him in the bathroom vomiting. He ate a roast and couldn’t digest it. He was in so much pain that he self induced vomiting. Then came the blood in his stool. And I knew. That deep gut feeling of: Something is not right. This is not normal. We went to the ER. They ran a CT scan… And sent us home with: “abdominal pain.” No answers. The ER doctor was more interested in his shift ending than getting us help. Looking back, I wish someone would have told me this: 👉 You can have normal labs and still have something seriously wrong. We felt dismissed because his CBC and CMP came back normal. Also, the CT missed the tumor! 😭 I wanted answers… but I was also terrified of what those answers might be. It kept me awake at night wondering. Meanwhile, life kept showing us signs: Zach couldn’t jump on the trampoline with our kids without pain. He was falling asleep at 7pm. Losing motivation. Not himself. If you’re reading this, please hear me: Don’t ignore what your body is trying to tell you. 👉 Ask for labs 👉 Push for imaging 👉 Request a colonoscopy if something feels off You are allowed to advocate for yourself. Just because this was our story doesn’t mean it’s yours… But don’t stay in the unknown. Get answers. 🤍 Let’s heal together! That tiny eye twitch that drives you crazy? It actually has a name: Myokymia 👁️ And no… it’s not as visible as it feels. Most of the time, it’s your body sending a signal: “Slow down.” From a physiological perspective, eye twitching is often linked to Nervous System Fatigue. Common triggers? Stress Lack of sleep Too much screen time Excess caffeine Basically… modern life. Your muscles are reacting to overstimulation, especially when your system hasn’t had time to reset. So instead of ignoring it: Take a break. Rest your eyes. Give your body a moment to regulate. Because small symptoms are often early signals. And your body is always communicating… even in the smallest ways. ⚠️ If it lasts for weeks or affects your vision, get it checked.
That sudden twitch in your eye is called Myokymia. It’s a small, involuntary muscle movement that usually affects the eyelid. Most of the time, it’s completely harmless — but it can feel annoying or distracting. Common triggers include: • Stress • Lack of sleep • Too much caffeine • Fatigue These factors affect your nerves and muscles, causing them to fire unexpectedly. In some cases, nutrients like magnesium may help support normal muscle function. The twitch can last for a few seconds, minutes, or even days, but it usually goes away on its own. If it becomes persistent or spreads to other parts of the face, it’s best to consult a doctor. Credit goes to respective owners. DM for credit/removal.

My daughter had three friends over to our house—four days in a row 🎒 It was full of joy, pretend play, connection. She loved every second of it. And then social fatigue caught up. Long stretches of masking. Very little time to decompress without social engagement. The day after the final playdate, her body hit burnout. She initially screamed for us to leave her alone. Then, once she was more regulated, she asked for parallel connection. So we adjusted. We sat quietly with her. Brought food and drinks to her room. Lowered all demands. Created a calm, low-stimulation environment— which, realistically, meant one of us took our younger daughter out of the house 🤍 Burnout days are hard. Her needs are very specific. Her patience is thin. Small stressors—like a sock getting stuck on her toes—can cause intense dysregulation. And yet… because her body has spent so much time in this state, she can also be deeply creative and altruistic during burnout. Sometimes she gets bored and comes up with incredible ideas or projects. That part is beautiful. But her frustration tolerance is so low that bringing those ideas to life often comes with anger, tears, and big swings. Her burnout impacts all of us. I often notice my hands shaking. I cry easily. My nervous system is carrying a heavy load as I co-regulate, anticipate triggers, and try to soften the peaks of her dysregulation. This is what social fatigue looks like behind the scenes. This is what support looks like when we listen to the body instead of pushing through it. No fixing. No forcing. Just staying close—quietly. Having an autistic child who craves social engagement with peers, but still masks around her friends, is a delicate balance. She loves and needs these interactions, but prolonged masking and social engagement take a heavy toll on her body and nervous system. As she continues to settle into her sense of self and autistic identity, I hope she can mask less and stim more around her friends, so social engagement doesn’t drain her so profoundly. ♾️ #NeurodivergentParenting #AutisticBurnout #CoRegulation #NervousSystemSupport #NeuroaffirmingParenting
Ever wondered why your sleep position affects how you feel? When you sleep in an uncomfortable position, your neck and back muscles stay tense, blood vessels get compressed, and your brain doesn't get enough oxygen. The result? Morning headaches, fatigue, and that "didn't sleep at all" feeling. But if you change your position - your body relaxes, blood flow improves, pressure on the nerves eases. Sometimes even a headache can disappear just because you slept the right way. Sleep isn't only about how many hours you get, but also how you spend them.
1. a stressed out nervous system, skin issues and fatigue. I wasn’t glowing and its because I was moving too fast, too rough, and too long. Never having a solid base will tear over time. 2. getting really really sick. Essentially having an iron deficiency and losing my whole immune system, leading to kidney infection, and so on… it was a rough 2024. 3. celebrating my loved ones. Wether its birthdays, exhibitions, or even weddings. Showing up for the people you care about and building a long term community matters. 4. wanting to build something long-term. In all aspects, career, partnership, consistency with the things that genuinely started mattering a LOT. Building with someone other than yourself suddenly became a strong wish, and prioritizing something other than only myself became important, too. 5. wanting a routine for my hobbies and movement. 6. consistency with further education, training and skills I want to build up. Such as starting my training to become a certified hypnotherapist this year. #backpacking #travel #fulltimetravel #nomad #globetrotter
Anxiety out of nowhere. Crushing fatigue. Brain fog that makes you doubt yourself. This isn’t random. This is your body in survival mode. Stop attacking yourself. Start regulating yourself. Hydrate. Step outside. Move. Breathe. Calm the nervous system then make decisions. Filmed by @photo.video.london #afshaology #mentalhealthawareness #lifecoach #heal #counselling
