We headed off to @arabianrestaurants with the extended family for a birthday late lunch a little while back and chose the banquet menu. Oh my golly!!! The generosity of the food was reflected in the lack of table space to accommodate what seemed like never ending Lebanese style dishes. From the hot and cold mezzes including kibbeh (raw and fried), sambousek, mutabbal (commonly known as baba ghannouj) and hummus, to the juicy and well seasoned meat skewers, salads and platters of spiced rice with tender chicken or lamb pieces, we couldn’t have asked for more! In fact we had so much to take home and walked out with food coma 😆 Everything was just delectable and full flavour. It felt like eating at a traditional Lebanese home and being comforted with a homely touch. Thank you to chef and co-owner Khaled and his crew for being so kind and hospitable - you and your staff look after everyone here like it’s your own home.
