Trying the new Jones Road Lip Recharge Glossy Treatment Balm let’s see if it’s worth the hype! I tested On the Rocks (clear), Champagne, and Sangria and they all have that soft, cushiony feel without the sticky gloss situation. The shine is there, but it still feels like treatment, not just color.
