Can you spot the difference?
This video starts on untreated corn — shorter, uneven, and struggling. Then it moves to the side treated with AgConcepts soil biology, enzymes, and foliar. Same field. Same weather. Different soil performance.
If you’re fighting:
• cold soil temps slowing early growth
• tight or compacted ground
• alkaline or high-pH issues
• uneven crop development
There are biological tools that can help correct the problem instead of just pushing more fertilizer.

Could interseeding companion crops into soybeans reduce herbicide application?
Since adding companion crops, Alex Frasier of South Dakota has been able to cut herbicide passes. With some years spraying soybeans just once all season.
And in the case where they do have to make a second pass, it's a single product, not a full tank mix.
Interseeding cover crops into your soybeans can bring a great benefit when it comes to suppressing weeds. The cost of the seed is easily paid for by reducing herbicide applications.
You can learn more about interseeding soybeans in one of our recent podcast episodes with Alex Frasier on our YouTube channel at the link in our bio.

Could interseeding cover crops into soybeans actually increase moisture retention?
Alex Frasier seems to think so, in fact he has seen it happen on his own farm.
Each different cover crop species comes with a diverse microbiome that colonizes the soil. All of that biology respirates moisture and carbon, creating a system that is much more efficient at utilizing, capturing and storing moisture.
Then above the ground, the cover crops shade the soil from the harsh rays of the sun, preventing evaporation and protecting microbial life who thrive in cool, moist soils.

Strong crops start with the right nutrition!
We’ll help you review what worked and what didn’t last season, lock in your yield targets, and determine the right fertilizer blend for your fields.
Have you had any trouble controlling soybean cyst nematodes?
Apparently I didn’t get my soybean bin completely cleaned out 😅 for any non ag folks when you fill the bins you don’t want to mix any of last years crop with this years I you still have old crop in bins. One reason being if you have a crop insurance claim they will measure your bins to figure out what your yield is so you wouldn’t want to mix any of last years crop with this seasons.
Most farmers don’t blame nematodes for corn yield. Matt Miles didn’t either… Until a trial added 10 bushels. 👀 Now he’s looking at his whole corn-soy rotation differently. @vivecrop
