La firma Fitch Ratings (@fitchrating) ratificó en AA+(dom) y F1+(dom) las calificaciones nacionales de riesgo de largo y corto plazo del Banreservas (@banreservasrd), y consideró que su Perspectiva de largo plazo es Estable. La empresa calificadora destacó entre los factores claves de Banreservas su entorno operativo, la franquicia fuerte, mejora en calidad de activos, rentabilidad sólida, la capitalización adecuada y la fuerte posición de liquidez. Al ponderar la franquicia de Banreservas, Fitch determinó que “las calificaciones nacionales reflejan la fortaleza del perfil de negocio del banco. Cuenta con la franquicia más grande de República Dominicana con una participación de mercado por activos de 32.3% del sistema financiero al cierre de 2023”. I don’t believe for a second that these people talking about the anti-trust lawsuit are really this misinformed or stupid. They play dumb on purpose to not understand. At the same time they repeatedly make statements that support our arguments. You ever wonder why they never have anyone on their shows that actually know what’s going on? If you haven’t been following along and reading about the case, the arguments and haven’t seen any of the evidence then you should sit out if this discussion. Trail begins on April 15th in Las Vegas.

I’ve been playing around with movements I see my kids do to see if they help with stretching and mobility. The Sponge Bob movement was the first one and it certainly loosens me right up. This side to side monkey swing is another one they do. I gave it a try and it felt pretty great. I’m gonna see what else they can come up with. I know they have at least one or two more.
