Stop ignoring your ”Bracket Shins!“ 🛑🦵 If your shin bone is spiraling out like a bracket, your foundation is shifting. You’re likely ”living“ on the lateral column of your foot and losing your inner longitudinal arch. 📉 When this happens, the tibia (shinbone) rotates outward just to find a sense of stability. Over time, your hip adapts to this External Rotation Bias, and your movement efficiency drops. Don‘t just stretch—RELOAD. 🔄 Training internal rotation is just a patch fix. The real solution is rebuilding the right load through the foot tripod from the ground up. 🦶✨ 🔗 Comment ”align“ if you want to fix your rotation from the ground up and I’ll send you the details on our 28-day Full Body Alignment Protocol. 📥🔥 #Tibia #InternalRotation #FootArch #GaitCycle #MovementScience

Foot arch training ( Short Foot Exercises )— Done Better 😎 If you’ve ever been told you have flat feet (or you just feel like your arches have gone missing), you’ve probably tried the short foot exercise before. 👉 But here’s the catch: most people do it wrong.
They focus only on lifting the arch — usually by squeezing their toes or rolling the ankle out.
Sure, it looks like the foot is shortening/ supinating … but what is happening with the muscles on the bottom of the foot? They’re still not firing properly. If you really want to feel your arches lift, shorten, and activate, try this setup from the video 👇 🦶 Keep your foot tripod grounded
🦶 Evert the forefoot (1st met and big toe staying on the ground. Use a wedge if you need)
🦶 Invert the heel
🦶 Plantarflex the ankle
🦶 Externally rotate the leg (you’ll feel your knee extend, too) All of this together = a true short foot and a strong, lifted arch 💪 Want more coaching tips and foot training videos?

This move is intense, but powerful. If you can complete 20 reps in one go, your foot-arch control, core strength, and lower-body definition will quietly level up. If you hit all 20 reps, comment 20! #dailyexercise #corestrength #lowerbodytraining #footarch #balancecontrol
Do you have flat feet?👀 Pain underneath your foot? Well you’ve got muscles in the bottom of the feet, the lower leg and the hip that work to lift the arch.⬆️ The one shown is the tibialis anterior muscle. When you have a “flat” foot, the tib anterior is weak. When the muscle contracts, it draws the arch up. So YES there are lots of things you can do to address flat feet. 👣 This is just one piece of the puzzle. You need to learn about your body. There are three sets of muscles that need to be attended to if you want to FIX yo FLAT feet! Lower Limb Relaxation Ends Heavy Achy Feeling This foot and lower leg relaxation technique effectively relieves the stiffness that builds up after prolonged walking or standing. It soothes the tight plantar fascia, allowing the foot arch to fully stretch and relax. This method helps loosen muscle knots that form from extended sitting or after exercise, while also promoting blood circulation and speeding up the removal of metabolic waste. As a result, it reduces the heavy, achy feeling in the legs, leaving them feeling lighter and more refreshed. Precautions: This massage is not suitable for individuals with broken skin or skin allergies, those with fractures or severe osteoporosis, women during menstruation, pregnant women, critically ill patients with severe renal failure, heart failure, or liver necrosis, patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, or those with frequent angina pectoris. #FootMassage #CalfRelaxation #PlantarFascia #LegFatigue #FootArch #MuscleKnots #BloodCirculation #LowerLeg #StandingFatigue #WalkingRelief #FootCare #CalfTherapy #LegStiffness #MetabolicWaste #FootStretch #LegSoreness #CalfCare #FootTherapy #LegWellness #MuscleRelaxatio
The flexor hallucis longus (FHL) is a muscle that attaches from your big toe joint all the way up to your shin. It plays a role in shaping your arch. Most people train this muscle by doing towel scrunches. While the idea is great, it is not challenging enough to make a difference for runners. Thank you @karengriffinwellness for the great demonstration! #footarch #pronation #supination
Unlocking midfoot mobility 👣 The navicular–cuneiform joint is a key link in your foot’s arch system. When it stiffens or loses proper motion, the result can be: ✅ Poor shock absorption ✅ Extra stress on the ankle, knee, and even hip ✅ Increased risk of plantar fascia or tendon overload A precise midfoot adjustment restores motion, improves arch mechanics, and helps the foot move as it’s designed to — flexible, stable, and pain-free. Healthy feet = stronger foundation for your entire body 💪✨ #Midfoot #adjustment #FootMobility #ChiropracticCare #SportsRehab #JointHealth #NorthVancouver #ArchSupport #plantarfasciitis #foot #footarch
To say I’ve been humbled is an understatement 😅 He’s so funny though 😂 He also made my sister walk, to show me that I walk differently.
