Your child’s nose may become irritated and raw during a cold, due to frequent nose blowing. This will help ease discomfort and symptoms like stuffy noses and sore throats.

Sugar impacts more than cavities. In children, frequent sugar exposure can influence gut health, inflammation, immune function, energy regulation, and sleep quality.
Oral health plays a key role in how children chew, swallow, and breathe, all of which support proper facial growth, airway development, and overall well-being.
This isn’t about fear or perfection.
It’s about giving parents the knowledge they need to make informed choices today that support healthier growth tomorrow.

If your dog keeps stealing your spot on the couch, it’s usually not dominance or stubbornness. Most of the time, it’s comfort. That place smells like you, holds your warmth, and helps their body relax. But when this behavior becomes more frequent, especially as they age, it can point to something deeper.
Here’s what it can mean:
1️⃣ Joint stiffness starting quietly — Warm, cushioned areas feel easier on aging hips and knees.
2️⃣ Low-grade inflammation — Dogs adapt instead of complaining.
3️⃣ Gut imbalance — Poor absorption affects energy and recovery.
4️⃣ Slower repair with age — After 6–7 years, recovery simply isn’t the same.
Natural steps can help: keeping weight stable, adding bone broth, providing supportive bedding, and encouraging gentle daily movement. But many long-time dog owners realize that diet alone often isn’t enough as dogs get older.
That’s why some add a daily internal support blend like Iron Paws. Its combination of spirulina, turmeric, probiotics, and superfoods is designed to support gut balance, reduce inflammatory load, and help nutrients absorb properly. One scoop mixed into food — simple and consistent.
Because if your dog is choosing your seat for comfort, it may be time to support what’s happening inside their body too.

I created this 3 years ago and it’s STILL as popular today as it was then. I get asked questions about it most weeks so here are the most frequent ones answered:
If you want the links 🔗 to everything I used to create this then make sure you’re following @our_home_style_ and comment mirror and I will DM you them 🤍
Q. How did you work out the size of the rectangle? You can do any size, just x the amount of mirrors by 30 (size of mirrors) x by the total of your gap + edge size (mine was 2cm). So mine was Width - 4x30 = 120 + 2x5 = 10 total 130cm and height 194cm
Q. What is the gap size between the mirrors? 2cm for the gaps and round the edge.
Q. How big are mirrors? 30cm x 30cm
Q. How to you stick the mirrors to the wall? They come with sticky tabs and they are very strong
Q. How to you get your rectangle so straight? I used a laser level which I’ve linked
Q. Why can’t we see you do the last line? Because I’m 5ft nothing, I had to get my husband to reach the top and he didn’t want to be filmed 😀
Any other questions please let me know xx

Dogs tilt their heads to reposition their outer ears and better locate unfamiliar sounds. A 2021 study from Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest found that frequent head tilting is actually a sign of heightened cognitive processing, meaning the dog is genuinely trying to understand what it’s hearing. Researchers also discovered that head tilting has become partially learned behavior in many dogs because owners react so positively to it, accidentally reinforcing the habit with attention and treats every time it happens.

The video humorously depicts an individual whose snoring sounds are so loud and frequent that they resemble repetitive mechanical or everyday noises. The specific caption in the screenshot, "Bro is snoring every .1 seconds," emphasizes the rapid-fire nature of the sounds. In these types of clips, the snoring is often edited to synchronize with actions like someone jumping, hammering, or other rhythmic movements to create a comedic effect.#usa #memes #fyp #trendingreels #explorepage
Add this to your daily oral care… and don’t be surprised if your dentist visits become less frequent.
My homemade toothpaste:
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
3 star anise seeds
1/2 tbsp xylitol
5–6 cloves
How to:
Grind the cloves and star anise seeds into a fine powder using a mortar & pestle.
Mix with coconut oil, Ceylon cinnamon, and xylitol until it forms a smooth paste.
Store in a clean glass jar.
Why it works:
Coconut oil → antibacterial, supports gums and whitens
Ceylon cinnamon → helps reduce odor-causing bacteria
Cloves → traditionally used to soothe and protect teeth and is antibacterial and healing infections
Star anise → antimicrobial support
Xylitol → naturally helps reduce cavity-causing bacteria
Made with ingredients I trust—gentle enough for my kids, too.
