found out that SeatGuru is gone — and I’m honestly shook. 🥲 After YEARS of using it to avoid the worst seats on long-haul flights (misaligned windows, no recline, seats beside the lavatory 😭), it’s officially been discontinued. The domain now redirects to Tripadvisor and the old seat maps are no longer available. For frequent flyers, this was THE travel hack. But don’t worry — here are the alternatives I’m using now: ✈️ AeroLOPA ✈️ SeatMaps.com ✈️ ExpertFlyer If you care about legroom, window alignment, recline limits, and avoiding “bad seats”… bookmark these. 👇 What do YOU use now to pick the best seat? Follow @kach.umandap for smarter travel strategies. DM me at @2monkeystravel for visa help — or check filipinopassport.com. For all my travel hacks, guides, and updates — visit travelwithkach.com ✈️🔥 Save this before your next flight & send it to your travel buddy. #seatGuru #airlinehack #filipinadigitalnomad #travelwithkach #philippinepassport
Frequent flyers call this coffin class. But I flew this a few months ago and had some of the best sleep I’ve ever had on a plane. The seat folds over itself which creates a gap free seat. Add in very comfy bedding including a thick mattress pad, it ended up being very comfortable. (The service on Air New Zealand was great too!) The other carrier that has these seats is Virgin Atlantic. Tip: you’ll want to select seats in the row that faces a wall. If not you’ll be staring at other passengers. Have you flown coffin class?
Here’s how the major Amex cards differ in Canada. The Green, Cobalt, Gold, and Platinum cards all earn Membership Rewards points—the most flexible currency Amex offers. You can redeem them for any purchase or transfer them to programs like Aeroplan or Marriott Bonvoy for even more value. The Green is your entry‑level option. The Cobalt delivers the strongest everyday earn rates, especially for groceries and dining. The Gold is ideal for casual travellers, while frequent flyers tend to prefer the perks packed into the Platinum. The Marriott Bonvoy Amex offers a strong welcome bonus and an annual free night, but the points can only be used for hotel stays. Meanwhile, Amex Aeroplan cards are great for the Air Canada perks, and the Aeroplan points earned are incredibly valuable. If you want to maximize your rewards, stacking Amex cards is often the smartest move. Message me if you want a referral link.
On the road again✈️ 💺. Peaceful🕊️ here at LAX in the early AM. Did you know that flying can be detrimental to your health and contribute to premature aging 🩺🩻? Apart from lower oxygen levels 😮‍💨, cardiovascular strain💓, increased risk of blood clots🩸, and a weakened immune system😪 due to jet lag, high-altitude flying🛫 also exposes passengers to low doses of cosmic radiation🌞. For frequent flyers, this can lead to cellular aging and contribute to the appearance of wrinkles and gray hair👨🏼‍🦳🙊. Gotta make sure to grab my train pass on the way back🚞🚉.
When Alaska Airlines acquired Hawaiian Airlines in 2024 — and announced plans to roll out a new combined loyalty program — there were some valid reasons for frequent flyers to be nervous. 😬 But luckily, those fears largely disappeared last summer with the rollout of Atmos Rewards, the new single loyalty program bridging Alaska and Hawaiian, which continue to fly today as separate airline brands. 🎉 Read all about this year’s TPG Awards Best Innovation in Airline Loyalty category winner at the 🔗 in bio. #atmosrewards #alaskaairlines #hawaiianairlines

HEAR ME OUT | Y’all know I’m @delta diamond 💎 (be clear LOL) but @spiritairlines has the best route to Chicago from LAX. I’ve been locked in on Spirit for the past year for quick trips to the Chi and I’m trying to tell yall, the new Spirit Airlines is a FIRST CLASS experience not what it was 10 yrs ago lol. From digital bag drop, to a first class cabin level “big front seats” complimentary snack & drink + WiFi, and bags were included too with their bundle, it’s a really solid choice for frequent flyers AND the pnl didn’t break a sweat. And be clear this isn’t an ad, I’m just sharing information, but it should be 🤔😂 we saving money in 2025 🤑 get on board ✈️ #travelingwithbeloved Would you give @spiritairlines a try?? Will there be one lol #spiritairlines #frequentflyer #businesstravel #blacktravel #airlines #airlinereview
If God is with me, who can be against me?! And clearly… God is with me! 🙏🏾😂💫 All of you frequent flyers out there - I know you feel me! It’s an in-flight miracle! ✈️ #AirplaneMode #WindowSeat #TravelReels #InstaTravel

Glenn Quagmire establishing absolute dominance over an American hero by holding a single "uh" for eleven straight seconds is peak early Family Guy. When Captain Sully Sullenberger held a book signing for his memoir, he expected questions about landing US Airways Flight 1549 on the Hudson River, not a direct challenge to his microphone etiquette. Quagmire completely shifts the stakes from aviation safety to pure cockpit showmanship. It's the ultimate collision between real-world heroism and Rhode Island's sleaziest commercial pilot. What makes this classic Seth MacFarlane humor hit so hard is the voice modulation—how Quagmire's pitch perfectly mimics the low-frequency drone of a Boeing intercom. It's an internal joke for frequent flyers that the animators translated into comedy gold. Every American who has ever sat on a tarmac at JFK or LAX knows this exact sound. It's that comforting, slightly annoying white noise from the cabin that signals you're trapped in a metal tube for five hours, but at least the pilot is in charge. You will never hear a pilot say "uh" the same way again. 💀 All rights belong to their respective owners. Posted for entertainment & educational purposes only. No copyright infringement intended.
Frequent flyers move through airports completely differently ✈️👀 Seven airport trends regular travelers are doing right now 👀 ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✈️ 1. BOOKING FIRST FLIGHTS OF THE DAY ▸ Lowest cancellation and delay rates ▸ No delay domino effect from earlier flights ▸ Airport at 5am is completely different ━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🛋️ 2. USING CREDIT CARD LOUNGE ACCESS ▸ Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire, Capital One Venture X ▸ Saves up to 80 dollars per visit ▸ Most people have access and never use it ━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎒 3. CHECKING IN EXACTLY 24 HOURS BEFORE ▸ Difference between 24 hours and 23:50 is window vs middle seat ▸ Set a phone alarm for check in opening ▸ Better seats than anything at the gate ━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔌 4. CARRYING A MULTI PORT CHARGER ▸ Charge multiple devices from any outlet ▸ Sit wherever you want and plug in nearby ▸ Makes everyone at the gate jealous ━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧳 5. WEARING HEAVIEST ITEMS THROUGH SECURITY ▸ Boots and jackets on body save carry on space ▸ Treat airport outfit as a packing strategy ▸ Heavy jacket is a free blanket on overnight flights ━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📱 6. SCREENSHOTTING EVERYTHING BEFORE BOARDING ▸ Boarding pass, gate, hotel, transport saved offline ▸ No signal on arrival means no access unless saved ▸ Never scramble because everything is already there ━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚪 7. POSITIONING AT THE GATE DOOR BEFORE BOARDING ▸ Most passengers sit then join the back of the line ▸ Position near the door and step in when your group is called ▸ First five means guaranteed overhead bin space ━━━━━━━━━━━━ Save this before your next trip 🧳🌍
