One of the most common mistakes a base does when doing a full-up, is not catching with your right leg in front. By catching with your leg in front you will make sure your body is in the right position to catch and turn the flyer to the front. A lot of bases only focusing on turning their hands, but by having your right leg in front and turning your entire body the hand movement will follow. In this video I try to highlight the difference between catching with the right leg to the front and to have my legs square.
