Make this recipe before nectarine season ends! 🍑 VEGAN Recipe: 1). For the dough in a food processor add 120g of cold vegan butter and 160g of plain flour blitz until a ‘sand’ consistency. Then add a pinch of salt and 60g of ice water. Once it just becomes a ball, roll into a disc and wrap in baking paper. Set in the fridge for 1 hour minimum. 2). Slice 2 nectarines and set to the side. 3). Once your dough has rested roll out to 0.5cm and cut then place in the freezer. After a couple of minutes it should be hard. Trim around a bowl to make it round. 4). Drizzle the bottom of the gallet in honey or agave then top with the nectarines. Fold over the edges of gallet, brush with egg/ soy milk wash and sprinkle over brown sugar. 5). Bake at 200oC for 1 hour until golden brown. Galletas osito 🐻 ¿No quedaron adorables? ¡Perfectas para hornear en este mes de amor y amistad ! INGREDIENTES: • 3 Tazas de harina de trigo • 125 g de mantequilla • 1/2 Taza de azúcar • 2 cucharaditas de azúcar vainillada • 2 cucharadas de agua PREPARACIÓN: 1- Comienza mezclando los ingredientes secos y luego distribuye la mantequilla en la mezcla con los dedos. 2- Agrega el agua y trabaja la masa hasta que esté uniforme. 3- Separa un poco de masa y tiñe de rojo. 4- Corta con moldes y lleva a una placa enmantecada. 5- Las galletas estuvieron en el horno durante 10 minutos a 175° С. ¡Dejar enfriar y a disfrutar! Jakie to jest dobre 🥰 do tego lody waniliowe, pyszna kawa, mogę takie zestaw jeść codziennie 🤎 🍎Kruszonka: - 75 g mąki pszennej - 45 g płatów owsianych błyskawicznych - 50 g cukru - 50 g masła Składniki łączymy, powstanie sypka kruszonką. 🍎Nadzienie: - 4 jabłka pokrojone w kostkę, wymieszane z łyżeczką cynamonu i 2 łyżeczkami cukru waniliowego 🍎Ciasto na szarlotkę: - 320 g mąki - 2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia - 200 g masła - 100 g cukru - 1 jajko 🍏Wykonanie: - składniki zagniatamy, ja w robocie kuchennym. Chłodzimy. To ważne, bo ciasto musi być twarde i sztywne. - gotowe ciasto rozwałkowujemy na cienki placek, obrysowujemy kolo dużą pokrywką lub talerzem.
