This geode wasn’t just any geode, it came from the Fabulous Keokuk Geode Site in Missouri! 🌎 When we cracked it open, we found something unexpected… water trapped inside. 💧 Keokuk geodes are famous for their incredible crystal-filled interiors, and every one is different. You never know if you’ll find quartz, calcite, chalcedony… or even a pocket of water waiting to be discovered. Would you have guessed there was water hiding inside this one? 👀 What do you think the microscope with reveal? 💧🔬 #geode #crystals #oddlysatisfying #creatorsearchinsights #geology

This rock was SO heavy, I honestly didn’t know what to expect! 😳🪨 Then we cracked it open and WOW! 💥✨ Hidden inside was a beautiful geode packed with BIG quartz crystals! 💎🤯 You just never know what’s hiding inside an ordinary-looking rock! 📍This was found at the Fabulous Keokuk Geode Site in Missouri #Geode #GeodeHunting #Quartz #CrystalTok #RockHounding

Dana came to break open a geode… …and this one just kept giving us surprises. 😳💜 First came the purple. Then came the BIG crystal floaters. Then came approximately 37 variations of: “OH MY GOODNESS.” 😂 And honestly? Completely justified. One of our favorite parts of breaking geodes at Wandering Stones is that nobody—not us, not the person who picked it, not the geode itself apparently 😂—knows exactly what is waiting inside until that moment. Dana, THANK YOU for letting us be part of this one. Your excitement made the whole thing even better. 💜 Would you have picked this geode? 👇 And more importantly… When are you going to come crack open yours? 📍 Wandering Stones Kitsap Mall • Silverdale, WA #geodecracking #GeodeBreaking #Geode #wanderingstones #Rockhounding MineralCollector CrystalCollector AmethystGeode RockShop MineralShop KitsapCounty SilverdaleWA PNW

It looked like a completely ordinary river rock… until they cracked it open 😳💎 That deep blue crystal interior is the last thing you’d expect to find inside something this plain on the outside. #CrystalRock #Geode #RockHunting #UnexpectedFind #ViralReels

The hardest part of helping others cracking a geode? Practicing self-restraint. 😂 Katie chose this Las Choyas coconut geode after noticing hints of green, pink, and blue on its outer shell. Before the crack, the predictions included opal and light lavender amethyst—but the geode had something completely different planned. It revealed sparkling crystals, incredible dendrites, flowing bands, and an entire miniature landscape. One section looked like a tiny city, while another looked like a sandy beach. 🏙️🌊✨ Our Rock Stars have a new rule: the wanderer gets the first touch. With this geode, that required some serious self-control! What do you see inside: a tiny city, a sandy beach, or something else? Come choose and crack your own geode at Wandering Stones inside Kitsap Mall. #GeodeCracking #LasChoyasGeode #CoconutGeode #GeodeReveal #MexicanGeodes Dendrites AgateBanding QuartzCrystals MineralCollector CrystalCollector Rockhounding PNW WanderingStones KitsapMall SilverdaleWA

Is this the best coral geode we’ve posted so far?? This is probably the personal favorite and it was a complete surprise cut after most of the prehistoric coral heads and fingers from this location turned out to be not very vibrant or colorful. It goes to show how difficult it can be to not only discover the ancient fossil coral in the first place, but to also process it, and finally get lucky after eventually cutting one that turned out to be extremely colorful. #SHRKco #fossil #coral #agate #minerals
