GINGA E RESPEITO! #CapoeiraNoCombate #Combate #Capoeira #Ginga #RodaDeCapoeira

You know what’s the amazing thing about this goal? And by no way am I trying to make my son’s goal about myself, but anyone who knows me knows I live for salad and piles. Where I grew up, sometimes it was actually more fun to salad a player or pile a player than even score a goal 😂⚽️ When I’m on the beach with my boys or in the backyard, we’re always playing “salad a kick.” It’s something I carried from my childhood that’s fun, but at the same time brings out creativity and confidence. We even play “pile a kick” too. The special thing about this goal is that the move he used to salad the first kid is something he always explains to me. He would say: “Dad, I’m going to move it to the right, they’ll open their feet, and I’ll roll it through.” That’s the part that made me smile most, seeing him visualize it first, then actually execute it in a game. A big part of my coaching philosophy has always been about standing out. When I left Jamaica for my first trial in Russia, there were about 9 strikers there. Everybody could finish, everybody could hold the ball up, everybody was talented. I remember thinking to myself: “What can I do differently to separate myself?” So instead of just scoring, I dribbled past 1, 2, 3 players. The coach saw something different in me. That’s why I always encourage creativity in young players. Football is not only about being effective, it’s also about expression, confidence, courage, and having something unique that makes people remember you. What a goal by Ronaldo Stevens ⚽️ in the @kellerwilliamsjamaica football league 2026. #football #mountpleasantacademy #goalaso #soccer #kellerwilliamsfootballleague2026
