By creating a small opening in the peripheral iris, the aqueous humor is able to flow from the posterior chamber to the anterior chamber. It is particularly striking how, after the laser impact, the fluid accumulated behind the iris is released, improving aqueous humor dynamics and contributing to a reduction in intraocular pressure.
