Every now and then, there is a book that wraps itself around your heart and makes you feel things you’d forgotten how to feel. That was this book for me. My goodness, all of the stars, I just loved this book.

Honestly, this book is worth reading just for the last 20%. We get to see both partners’ POVs post-breakup and come to understand that sometimes wanting is not the same thing as needing — life is messy, and some things are simply not meant to be. But more importantly, the pressure women have to make things work and hide the things that keep them unhappy.
This was definitely a surprising read, but one I enjoyed.
