*It was in fact hard lol. Sweaty, crooked bow and all 🤪😂 When your friend randomly asks you to do a trail race with them 😆 … first thing I did after she asked was check the course description because after the Yosemite half, I told myself I’d never do a hilly course again 😭 buuut decided to do it anyway. This course was even tougher, but only a 10k at least 🥰 No falls this time and had so much fun thanks to no pace goal. Party pace kept the vibes high for sure. Chatted, laughed, and huffed and puffed throughout all 6.2 miles ❤️

CREATE - We are the author of our own book. We always want to read books about everyone else but every night we lay down we are reading the chapter that we just wrote down for that day in our minds. We either can’t turn the page on one chapter or sometimes we want to live in old glory way to long, which in the end hurts us from being our best today !! 2026 Antelope Canyon Half Marathon🦂 It was a good day considering the past two I was sick, showed up to the race kind of skeptical but ready to be back on the trails and race! Everything came together and felt pretty fresh and walked away with the victory on home turf🏜️ @never.second kept me fueled today and got all my nutrition dialed for this 13.5🚫🥈 Strength training and the sand dune hill repeats got me through this course supa quick! Also @acg keeping me fly and comfy out there🍊🔺 • Thank you @vacationraces 🤙🏽 • #acg #halfmarathon #trailrunning #runningcommunıty #instareels

Another awesome adventure in the books. @patrickoborn and I run to the Spanish Fork and Payson Cemeteries to visit his dad and my grandparents. There’s something to be said about having to work for that rather than jumping in the car and driving down. You’ve got hours to ponder, think, and ruminate on a life well lived. Now don’t get me wrong the time will come when will be able to have conversations with our loved ones once again. But at times it’s hard to keep that in perspective. Also it gives you time to think about what you can do better with the time that you’ve been given. Because let’s face it you only get so much and no one knows when their time is up. Make sure you tell those around you how much they mean to you, don’t put off till tomorrow what can be done today, and live/love like today might be your last. #livelifetothefullest #workforit #allin #goforit #family
