Absolutely loving this from LooseHeadz Academy Ambassador @gracemoore.96 and the @saracenswomen squad.
Really getting behind the movement of Inside Out Week in support of National Childrens Mental Health Week.
Showing that it's OK not to be OK and that it's even more important to share those emotions on the outside.
Well done Grace! 💚

At Energia we always ‘Think of the Possibilities’. We caught up with @irishrugby teammates @enyabreen, @brittanyy879 and @gracemoore.96 who shone a light on the people that contributed to where they are today and saw the possibilities in them from the beginning.

@gracemoore.13 with a monster performance last night for @freemangirlslax
➡️ 9 goals in a 20-7 win.
🎯 This off-season Grace worked hard to improve upon trunk stability to help improve upon efficiency on the field.
🎯 She used exercises BU KB 1/4 Turkish Get Ups, Tall Plank Walk Ups, Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls and increasing her familiarity with the Bike 🤣 to put herself in position to continue to be one of the best players in the area! 🥍
….. and of course shout out to @isabellebroughtonn for helping Grace get to this point.
Year-end celebration with the stars ⭐️ 📍Shoreline, Al Nabat, Palm Jumeirah Dubai! Thanks dearest @gracemoore2333 and all!
