If you’re investing in clean food, premium supplements, and longevity protocols…but you’re still drinking filtered, bottled, or even spring water, there’s a blindspot in your routine you’ll want to know about.
You can eat the cleanest foods, take the best supplements in the world, but you simply can’t compete with your biology.
You’re not 70% grass fed beef or organic kale.
You are 70% WATER. And if you’re not drinking the right kind of water…your body isn’t able to function at its peak.
This is SO much more than filtered water (no it’s not carbonated)
You’ve probably never heard about this until now, and you’ll never see water the same again tbh.
All water is *not* the same, especially not this kind. Filled with an abundance of antioxidants for elite hydration (yup you read that right)

3 things that healed my gut⬇️
I had leaky gut that led to eczema, rosacea, brain fog, sleep issues, and a bunch of other crap.
I believe that these 3 things had a significant role in healing it.
Bone broth - your most important medicine
Get grass fed beef bones, and organic chicken bones (or feet), onion, carrot
Bake for 20 min at 400f, then broil for 5 min.
Add celery (optional)
Add to a dutch oven, add filtered water, and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
And simmer for 24 hours
Strain to mason jars, keep in the fridge.
Sauerkraut - delicious good bacteria
Get organic cabbage. Take out the most outer layer and throw it in the trash.
Cut thinly, using mandolin is best if you have it.
Weigh your cut cabbage, then weigh 2.5% salt.
Salt the cabbage, and let it sit for 30-60min - it will slowly start extracting liquid.
Add to a clean mason jar and squeeze the cabbage when you add it in to extract the most liquid possible, be aggressive. We’re not adding any water, just the liquid from the cabbage itself.
Seal the jar, and make sure you’re releasing gas a few times a day otherwise your lid or jar will break.
Keep at room temp for at least 10 days, once ready keep in the fridge.
Psyllium husk - this one is newer to me.
I’ve been taking less than a teaspoon per day for the last couple of months, and I noticed I can eat more starchy foods with no negative impact. I believe it strengthen my gut to enable me to do so - I’d say worth to experiment with it and see if it makes any difference - it’s important not to be dogmatic and try things, that’s why I tried psyllium husk in the first place.

Shopping for salmon can be confusing…
Atlantic, farm-raised, wild caught, sockeye, so many different options…
Moral of the story: avoid farm raised, opt for wild caught when you can…
And if you know me you know I stick to grass fed beef most of the time. I center my diet around meat and organs…
Get your organs fresh or desiccated from @heartandsoilsupplements - start with BEEF ORGANS…

Most people assume the beef and pork on their grocery store shelves came from an American farm. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. There is STILL no mandatory country of origin labeling law for beef or pork in the United States, which means the package does not have to say a word about where that animal was born, raised, or harvested.
Over 85% of grass-fed beef sold in the US is imported from countries like Australia, Brazil, and Uruguay. The label says grass-fed, but it doesn’t say from where.
We started Good Ranchers because this bothered us too. Every box we ship is 100% born, raised, and harvested in the USA, sourced directly from American farms and ranches. We held that standard before the law required it, and we will continue to do so.
Know where your meat comes from. It matters more than you think.
where is my meat from, food transparency, american beef, MCOOL, country of origin labeling, grass fed beef, american farms, know your farmer, food labels, clean eating
how much does meal prep cost? I calculated this one per meal so the total amount came up to $67.59 which is way lower than I expected. A lot of the groceries are from Costco so shopping in bulk is definitely the way to go if you’re meal prepping.
on the menu this week:
1. sausage skillet w zucchini and potatoes. I love @twrgrassfedbeef grass fed beef sausage.
2. salmon with couscous and asparagus. Costco has fresh wild salmon. The whole piece for 4 portions was $12.94.
3. garlic chicken with rice and broccoli. This one is @kevins.natural.foods garlic chicken. I love their ingredients and Costco has bigger portions so you can use them for your meal prep.
4. protein pancakes - super simple. You can make these even cheaper if you’re not using protein powder.

Whether you care about glyphosate in your food is up to you, but I personally avoid it where I can.
These brands not only use high quality ingredients but also test for glyphosate and additional contaminants.
Protein powders often contain glyphosate and heavy metals, but @equipfoods tests for both. Their protein powder is made from grass fed beef protein, so it’s a great alternative for those sensitive to dairy.
Oats are one of the biggest offenders of glyphosate in our diet. The brand One Degree is not only sprouted for better digestibility and nutrient absorption, but also certified glyphosate free. You can get a massive bag at Costco for like 10 bucks.
For cereal and/or granola that is free of glyphosate, the big three are Purely Elizabeth, Seven Sundays, and Lovebird.

Eating healthy actually doesn’t mean you have to give up burgers and fries. 😉 Drop a YES below and I’ll DM you my full day of eats on a budget.
This is my version of a burger meal:
- Grass fed beef, seasoned simple with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
- Sweet potato fries instead of regular fries, because color means medicine! The more color on your plate, the more nutrients you’re getting.
- Skip the bun. Wrap it in a big lettuce leaf, red cabbage, or collard green instead. You still get the burger you’re craving without the blood sugar spike.
This whole meal costs less than takeout and it’s better for you. Real food doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Trust me on this one.
