A generous start to the new year. In my experience, Gravity Vault tends to set pretty hard but this one must be a gift. There are definitely some hard moves, all really in the first half. The start took me a couple of tries and did push my fingers a little bit, but I was able to dial it in pretty statically, and once you get past a few more mini-cruxes midway, it’s pretty smooth til the send. The footholds are quite forgiving as well. A very fun V7 🙃 Happy 2025! @gravityvaulthoboken #climbing #bouldering #climbing_videos_of_instagram #boulderingbabes #girlswithmuscles #rockclimbingwomen #womenwithmuscles #girlsclimb #climblikeagirl #climbing_is_my_passion #gravityvault #gravityvaulthoboken #v7 #2025

Last week we were invited to Gravity Vault Lehigh Valley. @gravityvault.lehighvalley 📍Gravity Vault Whitehall Mall (where Gold’s Gym used to be) 1951 Whitehall Mall Whitehall, PA 18052 https://gravityvault.com/locations/lehigh-valley-pa Rock climbing was something my husband and I have been wanting to try for years, so having an indoor gym so close was a dream come true. Due to having absolutely no prior experience, we did a staff belay. This is when a staff member helps make sure you’re all clipped in and helps you get back down after you climb up. We started off on the “easy” ones and gradually worked up to some higher levels. It is definitely a full body workout, including mental as if you have to think of your next move. Besides the harnessed climbs, they do have a room for bouldering. These climbs aren’t as high but do vary in difficulty. Once home, we showed Gavin our videos. He can’t wait to come climb with us one day. Kids ages 5 and up CAN CLIMB. 🧗 Gravity Vault offers everything from lessons to birthday parties. 🥳 Being first timers, we had no idea what to expect. But the staff members we interacted with and even the other climbers were so supportive. Everyone there just wants to have fun. 🤩 If you’ll be needing a staff member to assist you, please reserve your time online! They also offer various deals throughout the week so I also recommend checking out the latest offers! #gravityvault #gravityvaultlehighvalley #indoorrockclimbing #rockclimbing #lehighvalley #lehighvalleypa #allentown #whitehall #lvwithlittles #lvwithkids #lehighvalleywithkids #lehightvalleywithlittles #datenightlehighvalley #thingstodolehighvalley
