Holiday roast ideas that won’t break the bank: Crunchy Crispy Pork Belly 👇RECIPE👇 Make sure you get SKIN ON belly. 1. Dry the belly in the fridge overnight, skin side up. 2. Preheat oven to 350f. Use a tool or knife to prick small holes all over the skin. 3. Season the meat side with salt or seasoning, then place it onto a rack over a sheet pan, skin side up. 4. Pour 1/2 cup kosher salt all over the skin, edge to edge. Roast 45 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven and gently remove the salt which will now have turned into a crust - brush away any excess. 6. Increase the heat to 450 and roast another 35-45 minutes. 7. If the skin hasn’t completely transformed to crisp crackling, turn on the broiler and blast it for a couple of minutes, keeping a close eye to make sure it doesn’t burn. #GreatValue #HolidayMeats #PorkBelly
