材料：
ピーマン 6個
合いびき肉 200g
【A】塩 小さじ1/6
【A】コショウ 適量
サラダ油 適量
作り方：
① ピーマンのヘタを押して種を取り、手で半分にちぎる。
② ホットサンドメーカーにサラダ油を薄く塗り、①の半量を外側を下にして並べる。その上に合いびき肉を置き、【A】を振り、残りのピーマンをのせる。
③ ②のふたをし、中火にかける。中まで火が通るまで焼いたら、完成！
お好みで焼肉のたれやトマトケチャップをつけて召し上がれ！

Grilled Bell Pepper Sandwich
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
6 green bell peppers
200g ground beef & pork
1/6 teaspoon salt
Pepper, as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed
PREPARATION
1. Remove stems from the bell peppers. Tear them apart into halves.
2. Lightly coat a double-sided grill pan with the vegetable oil. Arrange half of the bell peppers (1) onto the grill pan. Put the ground meat on them. Season with salt and pepper. Add the rest of bell peppers on top.
3. Close the grill pan. Cook until done over medium heat.
4. Enjoy!
Serve with yakiniku sauce or ketchup, if desired.
