Sending so much love to my sister @Aisha_Danielle_ today on her birthday. I’m so grateful, thankful and blessed to have her in my life as she means more to me than I could ever express in words. Just beyond honored to call her my sister and a friend. And I’m excited for all of our future adventures together in this new year of life. 🤍☀️✨
Also- she recently had to get an umbilical hernia repair surgery (oddly enough I had to get one as well around the same age) but because if it she hasn’t been able to part take in too many adventurous activities while she heals up. Head over to her page and show her some extra lovins. 💕💕💕
Where should we sister trip to next??? 🤔
😢TRANSPARENT POST…. I felt like complete CRAP in this video. My monthly was on so I was bloated as hell! I felt Heavy, Fat, and Tired. My physical body has gone through so much from a C-section to twins at 39 weeks, Umbilical Hernia Repair and 2 Fibroids Removal Surgeries. The effects of those medical procedures takes a toll around my monthly. I literally CANNOT cheat the process. I Have To Workout and eat right. As you get older the process gets harder but I push myself knowing I feel much better once I’ve completed my training. The scars on my stomach are a constant reminder of my strength and to never give up! It’s easy sharing the good days but the difficult days show your tenacity . Even as a Former Division 1 Athlete your body is not immune to problems. Trust, I know what many of you are going through. We are in this together.

Franki wanted everyone to know how to make bubbles from scratch 🫶🏻
We made these when we got home from surgery Friday. I had a peds nurse tell me that blowing bubbles is good after an umbilical hernia repair, it can help prevent post op pneumonia (terrifying thought) and we didn’t have bubbles, so we made some!
1/4 cup sugar
Whisk in 2 cups warm water
Add 1/4 cup of dish soap and voila
As I said in my stories, I’ve had a lot of people reaching out to me because their kids also need this done - please don’t hesitate to ask, you can always DM me too. I was so so nervous going into this, reading every Reddit thread I could find. She’s thankfully doing very well :) x
I took it nice and slow. Today was my very first day back at the gym, 6 weeks post-surgery, and it feels amazing to exercise.
Yes, I know I’ve been jumping around on stages around the world, but the truth is I had a major umbilical hernia repair on August 1st and the surgeon forbade any exercise involving my core - which meant bidding my beloved Pilates bye-bye for a while.
But I’m back - slowly slowly - but I’m back 💋

LOOK👀..NO WAIST TRAINER ON 😂🤯!See I’m not hiding behind it. I’m sharing what’s worked for me after TWINS via C-SECTION, UMBILICAL HERNIA REPAIR, DIASTASIS RECTI and 2 FIBROID SURGERIES. I’m a woman who has had her abdominal muscles completely ripped apart. Note: Waist Trainers are more aggressive than binders. I suggest working with a binder first. Now y’all gonna believe people who have never been through it or a woman that has? Note: I’m currently teaching a DIASTASIS RECTI RECOVERY Workout Class in my ALL ACCESS CHALLENGE Membership or you can just check out my workout programs which can be tailored to your needs. LINK IN BIO! Either way I’m on my Sha’Carri Richardson vibe. I’ll let y’all see the results…🤷🏾♀️ Sis waist gonna stay SNATCHED this season.

I didn’t start peptides because it was trendy.
I started because my recovery was rough.
After a hernia repair and mini tummy tuck, my body needed more support.
Inflammation was high. Healing was slow. I needed an extra tool.
That’s when I used BPC-157 to support recovery and cellular repair.
And it worked.
What really changed my perspective was learning how peptides actually work when they’re used correctly. Not just physically, but emotionally too.
They’re misunderstood because most people have never been educated on them.
The podcast that finally helped it all click for me is the one that changed my mind completely.
Comment PODCAST and I’ll send it to you.
I was recovering from Hernia Repair Surgery.
This was a major setback, but it taught me some valuable life lessons:
On your journey of life, there are times where you’ll be knocked back 10 steps. The key is to get back and take at least 11 more forward.
Movement is essential. Exercise is medicine. Don’t get it twisted and don’t take it for granted.
When times get hard, those are the moments that define you. That’s when you have to make the tough decisions. Make sure you make the right ones.
NEVER stop improving. You’ve got this.
A few clips of me after my hernia repair surgery💀
I dont know what they gave me but clearly I was feelin’ goodt☕️
Had myself a fun little row and lift session yesterday. Kicked things off with @ashocenergy to keep my energy levels high for this big session. Loving how these two work together. Legs were trashed after this one (in the best possible way 😉).
I’ve been in a little bit of a lifting slump since my hernia repair this last spring but it’s made me realize how much I need partial reps with heavy weight (for me anyways) to be at my strongest. Getting back to heavy partials now and beginning to feel my strength of old return.
Also had to cut back on the running. As much as I’d love to both run and get stronger at the same time I find that these two are usually at odds with each other. My experience has been that if the running is getting better than usually I’m losing some strength and visa versa. Nature of a marathoners genetics I suppose.
Day 2 after Umbilical hernia surgery! Wow, say 2 is so much better. Very minimal pain! 🙌
