Absolute devastation along the Maine coast. Higgins Beach in Scarborough took a massive hit folks. Houses completely flooded out with wood and debris, rocks thrown hundreds of feet onto property’s. Historic flooding beating the highest tide since the blizzard of 78. This video doesn’t even capture all the damage.
