My daily reminder - I need a new sports bra 🤣 But no seriously … It’s so easy to get hung up on how other people are doing, what they are doing and how quick they are doing it! But this is your journey, not theirs and everybody is different! When it comes to @one2onediet I think it’s safe to say we know it works .. but just because it’s working ‘quicker’ for Sally then it is you… is ok! It’s not because it’s ’quicker’, it’s can be a number of reasons - steps, lifestyle, activity level, metabolism, water retention etc … just stick to plan, and I promise you, with the help of your consultant you’ll get the results you want to achieve. ✨ It’s the same with exercise - when and if you decide to introduce exercise.. don’t compare yourself to others. Only two weeks ago, I couldn’t run 3k without stopping, now I’m enjoying 5k. Let your only competition be your mind! 💭 because 9/10 times when it’s telling you that you can’t do something, you can!
