Cheesy garlic bread loaded with creamy Marry-Me sauce, melted cheese, and chicken. One bite and you’ll be hooked!!❤️ Ingredients( 1 to 3 servings🤷‍♀️) For the Garlic Bread • 1 small loaf of bread (use your favorite, I used ciabatta) • 7 oz / 200 g low moisture mozzarella, grated • 4 tbsp softened butter, room temperature • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • Pinch of salt For the Marry-Me Sauce • ¾ cup / 200 ml heavy cream • 2-4 tbsp white wine • ⅓ cup / 40 g grated Parmesan • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp paprika • Chili flakes, to taste • ½ small white onion, finely chopped • 1-2 cloves garlic, grated • 1-2 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes • Salt and black pepper, to taste For the Chicken • 2 small chicken breasts / 8.8 oz / 250g • paprika • garlic powder • Salt and black pepper • Olive oil Instructions 1. Prepare the chicken Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise so they are an even thickness. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 2. Cook the chicken Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4-5 min per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and slice into strips. 3. Make the garlic butter Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and salt until combined. Spread on the cut side of the bread. 4. Make the Marry-Me sauce • Sauté the chopped onion for 1-2 min until soft. • Add garlic and cook 30-60 sec until fragrant. • Stir in cream, white wine, Parmesan, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, sundried tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3-4 min until slightly thickened. 5. Assemble the bread • Spread garlic butter on the bread. • Spoon a layer of Marry-Me sauce on top. • Sprinkle mozzarella • Arrange sliced chicken evenly. • Drizzle a little extra sauce on top. Save remaining sauce for dipping. 6. Cook • Air fryer: 355°F / 180°C for 7-9 min until cheese is melted and bubbly • Oven: 375°F / 190°C for 20 min until cheese is melted and bubbly 7.
