Cuando realices una importación o exportación, el dinero debe pagarlo o recibirlo la persona jurídica quien realice la operación (Principio de identidad) so pena de ser sancionado. No puede otro tercero pagar importaciones o recibir dineros de Exportaciones que no realizó. . . Los pagos se deben realizar a través de un IMC (Intermediario del mercado cambiario) o cuenta de compensación. . . El valor de la operación (importación o exportación) debe coincidir con lo pagado y/o recibido. En caso que esto no ocurra debe haber una justificación de la diferencia so pena de ser sancionado. . .
