Wallrider! 😳 🇩🇪 Das 12-Stunden-Rennen von Bathurst zählt zu den beliebtesten, aber auch anspruchsvollsten GT3-Events der Welt. Der Saisonauftakt der Intercontinental GT Challenge bringt dabei jährlich die weltbesten Piloten nach Bathurst, wo sich die Fahrer auf dem Mount Panorama Circuit spannende Duelle liefern. Im vergangenen Jahr verlor BMW bereits früh im Rennen ein Auto, als der M4 GT3 im Streckenabschnitt „The Cutting“ mit einem Ginetta aus der GT4-Klasse kollidierte und dabei einige Meter auf der Leitplanke entlangrutschte. Allen voran der Kampf um den Sieg und um die Podiumsplatzierungen waren besonders intensiv. Raffaele Marciello sorgte eine knappe halbe Stunde vor Rennende für das wohl spektakulärste Überholmanöver des Rennens, als er sich an Alessandro Pier Guidi im Gras vorbeischob. 🇬🇧 With 74 cars on the grid, this year’s 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps featured a fully packed and fiercely competitive field.
