I barley recognize myself in the first clip (2022) vs now. Having to endure so much hurt and pain to get where I am now, where we are now in our marriage, and as a family, it took ALOT. - No one ever wants to marry into a family that hates you.. but sometimes it happens, (seems to be the new normal). If you are going through this or went through this, you are NOT alone🫂. - I see alot of people say in-law drama never gets easier, but it does! You have to do whatever it takes to protect YOUR peace, YOUR children's peace, YOUR family's peace. Going no contact is sometimes the solution for things to get better. Having a husband that supports you, stands by you, and handles HIS family to prioritize YOU. It has truly changed so much for not just me, but for US. ❤️ - I'm finally not in survival mode anymore, I'm actually living. I'm so much happier. Being able to grow, heal from the hurt that I didn't deserve, and know that the hurt & trauma doesn't define me as a person. All of it has truly taught me a lot. - Cheers to continuing to heal, grow, & become the best version of myself. Being confident in the decisions I had to make to protect my peace, knowing how hard it truly was.
