From a food stall to Michelin starred, Chef Gilberto Cetina brings the coastal flavors of the Yucatán Peninsula where he grew up, into every dish. I’ve been to place #islaholbox to swim with whale sharks before and tasting some of the menu @holboxlosangeles transports my tastebuds right back. My favorite was the classic Baja fish taco with sustainably caught rockfish from up the coast, so fresh and so good and with reasonable prices, a must visit!
