✅ Arnica gel - this can work great to prevent and treat bruising, especially when it comes to fillers
✅ @sarnalotion - this is my go-to recommendation for itch. It contains pramoxine and works well when refrigerated (cooling sensation is a nice relief for itch)
✅ Domeboro soaks - I recommend this for basically anything that’s “wet” and weeping like poison ivy, impetigo, atopic dermatitis, etc
