Before logo threes were normal…there was Jimmer
Jimmer Fredette wasn’t just scoring, he was pulling up from the parking lot, dropping 30 like it was routine, and turning BYU into must-watch TV.
Defenses knew it was coming.
Crowds knew it was going up.
Didn’t matter.
Step back. Splash.
Heat check. Splash.
Double team? Still a bucket.

🎙️ @jimmerfredette_32 “Devotional Broadcast” (Versailles, France on July 21, 2024)
REPOST - thanks @jimmerfredette_32 for your inspiring life and career! Can’t wait to see where life takes you next - but we’ll all be following and praying for you the whole way.
Jimmer Fredette, who played at @byumbb was one of the most highly-touted and highest scoring college basketball players of his time. Drafted 10th overall in the 2011 NBA draft, Jimmer’s basketball career didn’t take the path he originally planned for and envisioned. At a Youth devotional in France, just prior to the 2024 Paris Olympics, he shares some thoughts on his career, on God and on how good choices have served him well throughout his life.
