Don’t #justify yourself. Don’t argue emotionally. And don’t try to “shout back” that’s always a losing position. ❌ Take a pause. Look calmly. Set a boundary. Say clearly and without aggression: “If the goal is to resolve a work issue, let’s speak respectfully. If not we can continue this conversation without witnesses.” Why it works: • Yelling isn’t strength, it’s loss of control. • Humiliation isn’t management. • Respect isn’t a bonus, it’s the standard. #Calmness in moments like this is your strongest position. You’re not attacking or defending you’re setting a boundary. Remember: No one has the right to raise their voice at you. Not in public. Not “for business.” Not under the guise of #authority. #Boundaries aren’t always defended with yelling. Sometimes one precise, calm #phrase is enough. Follow @theharvest.code

He believed he was doing something meaningful. By donating his mother’s body after her long battle with Alzheimer’s. 🧬 He hoped her final gift would help doctors and researchers learn more and help others in the future 💙 The decision was made with trust and clear limits. He allowed medical research, but expected respect, transparency, and dignity in how her remains would be handled. For him, it was about turning loss into purpose 🕊️ What followed shocked many and raised uncomfortable questions about ethics and consent. It’s a reminder that even acts of goodwill need accountability, and that trust, once broken, leaves a lasting impact ⚖️😔 . . #justify #extremehorror #2ndtroller #viralmeme #jesuschrist

The sad thing is the world is made up of people who think just like this woman on other subjects and decisions that they’ve made to justify the contaminated way they think about life. Missed opportunities, lost opportunities both business and personal that God sent their way but because they refuse to think different they stay in a vicious cycle of missed and lost. And would swear on high they’re not like this woman, as they sit back and judge this woman, when they are exactly like her. #justify #contaminated #thinking . #unfortunate .
