This is my exact year to give exactly ZERO fucks so I thought “why not?” And decided to submit to get on NPR’s tinydesk 2026! I’ve been a fan of KCRW forever and a dream of mine has always been to be asked to come on their Tiny Desk series. So I asked the band if they’d film a tune to submit and cross our fingers we get chosen! I chose to sing my song “it’s just love” off my Dirty Disco album because I wrote it as a call to uphold love above all else, self expression and inclusivity. There is so much bigotry, hypocrisy and hate in the world and sadly it feels as if there is no hope for something so simple and beautiful as LOVE but I believe we need it now more than ever in all forms however it comes to us and if I can be that little reminder in your feed or any way else I’m here for it. I’ll spread it forever. Thanks for listening and sharing the love. Arms around us all! Each and every one!!!! ❤️❤️ #tinydesk2026 #npr #kcrw @nprmusic Guitar: @joshualopezmusic Bass: shawndavis Drums: @drumbyrd keys: @ericshechter full submission link in bio

“it’s not that serious.” 💅 @trixiemattel: worry less about making something perfect and focus more on having fun while making it. No wiser words, honestly. Full episode on YouTube. Link in bio. #KCRW #SamSandersShow #TrixieMattel

So just a brief window into what a typical day is like for me. Up in the morning to chat with @novenacarmel on @kcrwmusic then a lunch meeting where @davidfrankthesystem came and picked me up to go to his studio and create more classics, then in the evening got to see the amazing @averysunshine where she asked me to sing 🫣 (That lady can SANGGGG!! And thanks for the invite @viviansessoms 🙏🏾💖) and popped to another friends studio for a quick puff then 3 hours sleep when my mate @ramosinternational messages me about breakfast 🍳 at 5 am which actually works 'cause I had to be on @kbla1580 at 7.45 am with @diprimaradio before another meeting just before I got on the plane home 🥱 #omarlyefook #omarlyefookmbe #theresnothinglikethis #uksoul #kcrw #novenacarmel #davidmfrank #averysunshine #dominiquediprima
