Not only do they hand deliver your stroller to the resort lobby, but they show you how to break it down & include a rain cover for the unpredictable weather! Your rental also comes with a small cooler which is awesome for families to store snacks or bottles in! We brought our own stroller clips (an Amazon find!) so that we could hang our water bottles on it, too! The best part? You can take your stroller all the way back to your room with you at the end of the night! (Stroller rentals in the park have to be retuned before you leave!) ✨Will YOU Need a Stroller at Disney?✨ 1. Even if your kiddo doesn’t usually ride in a stroller, you’re going to want one at Disney. We typically average about 13 miles in a Disney day and that’s a lot of steps for a little one. 2. You can rent strollers at the parks but you’re going to pay $15 per day for a single ($13 per day if you pay for the whole length of your stay) and $31 for a double ($27 per day if you pay for the whole length of your stay) and you have to leave it in the park. They are the hard plastic strollers so not ideal for naps. 3. You have to leave the Disney strollers in the parks and let me tell you they are handy to get back to the room if you’re on the monorail or boat or the car if your on the monorail or ferry boat. 4. If you’re flying, can rent from a company call Kingdom strollers and they will deliver either to the airport or your resort hotel. With kids, strollers are great to have to help hold all the stuff you need for them (and YOU) Water bottles, extra clothes, park bag etc)! DO YOU NEED A STROLLER? Need is a strong word, but I am confident you will WANT one and here’s why: ✨Disney park days are BIG walking days… if your child fits in a stroller (regardless of their age) my suggestion is to have one with you or rent one for the duration of your vacation. ✨If you plan to be at the parks early in the morning/late at night having a stroller is a great way to store some of your extra stuff. At the end of the night, no matter how good of a walker your 6 year old is, they will likely fall asleep or want to be carried. Stroller for the win! ✨It’s an insurance policy. This past trip my daughter was sick three of the days… if we didn’t have the stroller someone would have had to stay at the hotel with her and she would have missed out on everything. With the stroller she was able to rest, nap through the day and still get to enjoy moments being with the rest of the family in the park. The stroller saved this trip! My kids are 9 and 6. This past trip we didn’t need a double stroller as my 9 year old is a night owl and was fine to be out late/walk all day. It came in handy to give him a place to sit while waiting for parades or fireworks but was not necessary.
